Stephen Davis, BS, MS is a decorated U.S. Army veteran and former Orange County Fire Chief with more than 22 years of leadership in Fire and EMS. A lifelong public servant and driven entrepreneur, Stephen’s leveraged his academic and real world experience to become a sought-after consultant, author, and businessman.

Chief Davis serves as the Director of Administration for Goliath Ventures  and as co-founder of Choice Press and The Raising Alphas Project. He helps families, authors, and business leaders grow through coaching, consulting, and book publishing. His signature leadership model, The Five Rung Ladder of Leadership, offers a clear and practical framework for building accountability, resilience, and high-performing teams.
